Lava Cake in a Mug

  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 4x Choc Chips
  • Cocoa Powder
  • Dewfresh Cream
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Sugar
  • 2 Tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1/2 Cup of Flour
  • 200ml Dewfresh Low Fat Milk

Add the following ingredients to a shaker

 

  • Milk 
  • Baking powder
  • Coconut sugar
  • Cocoa powder 
  • Vanilla essence 
  • Flour
  1. Close the lid
  2. Shake it well
  3. Fill 2 mugs with the mix
  4. Add a chocolate chip to each mug 
  5. Cook in the microwave for 4 -6 minutes 
  6. Do a toothpick test 
  7. Whip Dewfresh Cream, add it to the top followed by a few chocolate chips
